Property viewings...what to expect at the moment

Clearly the rental market has been affected with the latest COVID 19 outbreak, with tenants not wanting viewings, and agents experiencing staff shortages, particularly in London, therefore making appointments for viewings harder.  We are however continuing to support our clients and have workarounds where possible. Agents are planning to add videos to their marketed properties so they can be viewed remotely, and will offer a service where we can view properties on the client’s behalf thus giving  an impartial opinion. My advice to someone that is looking for a rental property is to be patient and remain open minded and flexible as your choices will be reduced, and the whole process, including referencing, will take longer.
