Aim: To assist in finding a rental home in a suitable area as quickly and painlessly as possible, and to facilitate the move into that home efficiently and smoothly

This complete service helps the client from the planning stages of their move right through to settling into their new rental home.

TRC Search Consultants are all specialists in their geographical areas and arrange up to 15 house-viewing appointments a day. On the days of the Homesearch, the client (and their family where required) is collected by car and given a thorough briefing of the appropriate areas prior to a driven orientation tour and accompanied house viewings.

Throughout the process, we will negotiate competitive pricing on behalf of the client for rentals, lease terms, security deposits, application fees, and furniture / household rentals when appropriate.

At the end of the programme, TRC make all offers on the client's behalf. From when the house is chosen until moving in, TRC provides day-to-day support and advice.

The service typically includes:
Area Orientation Property search and selection, and preparation of a viewing programme Accompanied viewings - up to 15 properties per day Negotiations with agents and landlords - covering rental price, length of tenancy, date of entry, cleaning or decorating requirements, wish list Approval of Tenancy Agreement Check-in Arrangements and Welcome Pack Referral to or arrangement of associated relocation services i.e. removal companies, furniture rental companies, pet carriers Tenancy Monitoring - reminders of break clause / renewal, communications with agent
