After every service we complete, we ask our client to complete a 'Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire', which helps us assess the services provided to them.
The results help us to see how we are performing in our provision of relocation services, and, are also made available to our client companies. Primarily we want to understand what it is our clients value about the services provided and how these services could be improved.
