After taking a detailed brief, The Relocation Consultancy organised a 4 week stay in temporary serviced accommodation with Berkshire Rooms, whilst the couple settled into the country.

During this time, their Homesearch was arranged for them and they were taken on a a comprehensive viewing programme of suitable properties in their chosen area.

They selected a modern, furnished penthouse apartment on the Kennet & Avon canal in Reading. It was a very central property, suiting them perfectly, with only a 20 minute bus ride to their workplace.

On selection of the property, The Relocation Consultancy dealt with all negotiations relating to securing the property and agreeing terms of tenancy, as well as organising their formal 'check-in' to their new home.
