Interested in the Dulwich and Blackheath areas of London. TRC provided a School Search of State and Private Schools, at Primary and Secondary levels, for both these areas (across two different local authorites). Advice was also provided on admission processes.

The first Homesearch covered Dulwich and Blackheath, with the area subsequently being narrowed down to just Blackheath. A rental property was found during this Homesearch. Places were then secured in a local state Primary School for their youngest son, and, Colfes (Private School) nearby for their eldest son (removing the need for him to change schools in September).

Their Tenancy Agreement was signed, but the landlord pulled out one week before the family arrived, as his own house fell through. Compensation and payment of expenses was arranged by TRC.

A second Homesearch was then arranged, along with suitable Temporary Accommodation for the family whilst a new house was found.

TRC negotiated on three houses until one was secured. As this was in a different location, places were finally secured for both boys at Colfes. Finally, advice was provided for the safe relocation of their pet cat.
