The current UK housing market means that buying a property can be
time-consuming and frustrating.
The requirements of the ‘house-hunter’ are registered with agents. Then the market
is exhaustively researched and all suitable properties are actively chased, with those
that are unsuitable or unavailable being discarded. Pre-viewings for selected
properties can be arranged, as well as accompanied and unaccompanied viewings for
the client. When a decision is made, TRC help with all negotiations.
The service includes:
Registration with local estate agents, auctioneers, etc. (approx. 50 agents) Liaising and keeping in contact with agents on a regular basis Selection of properties to create short-list and pre-viewing as required Preparation of viewing programmes (accompanied and unaccompanied) Accompanied viewings and area orientations Advising on and making preliminary offers, updating client and agents Introductions to professional services - builders, Surveyors, Solicitors, etc. Negotiations, including agent liaison until price agreed by purchaser and vendor Support up to time of exchange of contracts Advice and assistance with removals and settling in services

Like-for-Like Open Market Valuations
Used by companies to calculate housing allowances, this service compares the value of the house currently owned by the client with what they would need to pay for a similar property in the area to which they are moving. TRC can
instruct and appoint Independent Surveyors to report on the value of the client's current property and one in the area being considered for relocation.
