Prior to undertaking any project TRC clearly establishes the parameters of the work involved and provides approximate costs to the client company.
We offer a number of different packages andservices to suit varying requirements and can provide a totally flexible ‘mix and match’ service for clients whose relocatees have a fixed financial budget or time limit.
Our relationship with the relocatee begins weeks or even months before the move takes place, with introductory phone-calls and emails and completion of detailed questionnaires to establish individual requirements. If required we send maps, local papers, area handbooks and links to websites.
Each relocatee receives TRC’s Moving Notes and TRC’s Tenants Notes. The first contains invaluable advice about leaving the home property, storage, regulations regarding immigration, importing of pets, transportation of goods, what to pack, how and when. The second provides an essential guide on definitions of UK housing ‘jargon’, how to rent a property, questions to ask, the tenancy agreement and Termination procedures.
